Product Introduction
This kind of crusher absorbs most advanced structure at home and abroad to design integrated. It mainly consists of host machine, motor, hydraulic coupling, hydraulic station, automatic lubrication system, shock platform, etc. The structure is made up of the rotor, short pin shaft, combined hammer head, up-down adjusting device, and in the inlet there added wear-resisting toothed plate, has the advantages of striking dynamism, convenient operation and maintenance and long life of quick-wear parts. In addition, article grate of the old crusher is canceled, adaptive ability of material moisture is enhanced, discharging is clear, and the size adjusting range is large. Crusher shaft is made of high quality alloy forging steel. Hammer head is combined and its joints have stiffener. The stroke end is broadened to increase the hammer head's strength and change phenomenon of the original type off hammer head. Thus, safety and hammer head service life are greatly improved. At the same time, the hammer head is arranged according to helix, which is very good for lowing air volume and avoiding blocks. Host machine and motor are connected by the hydraulic coupling to shorten the motor start time, reduce average current of the starting process and prevent power overload. Lubrication system consists of manual lubrication and automatic lubrication with two sets of independent system. When one set of system comes across failure, another set of system can fully guarantee effective lubrication of all lubricating points
Operating Range
This type of crusher mainly used in crushing brittle and medium hard materials whose surface moisture ≤14%, the compressive strength ≤120Mpa. e.g. Crush coal for circulating fluidized bed boiler in power station - feeding size ≤80mm, discharge size ≤8mm, qualified particle size ≥85%; crush coking coal - feeding size ≤80mm, discharge size ≤3mm, qualified particle size ≥85%. Meanwhile, this crusher also suitable for midium hardness ore and rock in mining and chemical industry.
Operating Principle
Spindle drives the high speed rotating rotor and hammer head to strike materials from feeding mouth in the air. Hit materials hit couterattack board and broken again. The upper half is counterattack broken area, also called linear area, and the lower half is size guarantee area, also called arc area. Adjust the gap of the hammer head and lining plate to adjust the discharging size. Counterattack plate is two arc type suspension body, after the materials being broken, discharge from counterattack plate end. If there's no overload, generally blocking phenomenon won't happen.
