HLPMF series crusher is a kind of new fine crusher invented by our company with advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection, intelligent, etc. Mainly suitable for materials of the compressive strength value≤80Mpa, particle size ≤50mm, such as coal, coal gangue, slag, carbon, etc. It can directly break materials to 8 mm below (more than 90%). Two motors drive rollers of the first and second level in the opposite direction. All teeth are the same. When materials come into the first crushing level by the distributor. Interlaced teeth crush the materials from 50mm to 15mm and below. Then, materials come into the second crushing level for further crushing from 15mm to 8mm and below. The characteristics of the ore class material are that generally the compressive strength is higher than the tensile shear strength, thus, the shear tensile broken way is easier and more energy is saved than the extrusion way. At the same time, the material itself in the presence of lattice defects and micro crack causes that different direction‘s resistance broken ability is not identical. If we can find out the most fragile directions of crushing, the energy consumption needed for crushing will be lower.
1. Single crusher still has high output and the size is even. The size can be arbitrary adjustable in the range of 8 to 15mm.
2. Air eddy offsets each other, meanwhile, the leeway of the feeding and discharging hoppers is approximately equal, which leads to no dust rising. There’s no need for installing special dust removal equipment.
3. The adopting of a special kinematic principle makes the crusher no sticks and stop-up and no particular moisture requirement of the materials.
4. The toothed plate is forked tail type which adopts sliding lockers to fasten the plate and achieves easy removal of it.
5. The design takes fully advantages of pull crushing theory and kinetic energy principle to reduce idle work. Thus, its energy assumption is 50%-70% of same type’s ring hammer crusher.
6. Change lubricating oil automatically to protect the bearing and prolong its usage life.
7. New escaping structure of the pull crusher makes use of lever principle to increase range spring’s stiffness and extend range spring group so that escaping distance of single side reaches 40-50mm, ability of passing through hard things for the crusher has improved and displacement adjusting becomes convenient.
8. Each toothed roller's vibration frequency is different, but they cancel each other. Vibration and noise greatly reduce (without damping platform), and live load is 1.3 times of dead load with small impact on the building.
9. Equipped with special open device, the first and second door can be opened convenient. It is easy to remove quick-wear parts.
